I ordered from Clicgear and it was straightforward. I found what I needed faster than I expected, which was nice because I was kind of just trying to get it done and move on with my day. Checkout was smooth too, no random errors or confusing steps. The only thing that made me take off a star is that some pages loaded a little slowly for me. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it while browsing. Overall though, good experience and I’d use the site again.

The cart itself is fine, but my stand bag never really sits right on it. It keeps twisting around, and the straps don’t feel as secure as I expected. I had to stop a bunch of times to straighten it out, which got annoying. It’s kind of like when you think something is going to fit snugly, but...

I’ve usually stuck with this brand because it’s been reliable for me in the past, so I really wanted to like this. It does the job okay and seems well made, but it’s heavier to push than I expected. I’m a little torn because I still trust the brand, but this one isn’t as easy to use as I’d hoped.

They eventually got back to me, but the response wasn’t exactly quick. I was kind of expecting a faster reply, so it was a little frustrating waiting around. Did anyone else have the same issue with slow responses?

I ordered from clicgearusa.com and, to be fair, the product did arrive in good condition, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the shipping definitely took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was frustrating. It kind of felt like I was just left waiting and wondering what was going on, like of course my order would be the one stuck in limbo. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t fast either. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly...

I play a course that has a few of those slopes where you’re like, okay, is my cart about to take off on me? But my Clicgear has been really solid. When I park it sideways on a hill, it doesn’t feel sketchy or like it’s going to tip over. The brakes hold well, and I think the wider stance makes a bigger difference than I expected. It’s a simple thing, but yeah, it definitely makes walking the course a lot less stressful.

I wasn’t sure if this would actually fit well in my trunk, but... it folds down way smaller than I expected. There’s still room left, which was my biggest concern. It’s also really easy to tuck away at home.

I got these replacement wheels for my Clicgear cart, and they’ve been rolling really nicely. On the cart path and dry fairways they feel solid, and they don’t have that annoying wobble my old ones had. Weirdly, I remember noticing how quiet they were right by the 6th tee, where there was a random squirrel just staring at my bag like it had a problem with me. Anyway, the only reason I’d give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they do pick up some grass and mud when the course is wet. It’s not a huge deal, but I usually have to wipe them down after the round.

The handle adjusts easily and works fine overall, but it just doesn’t adjust quite enough for what I needed. Not a bad product, just not the best fit for me.

I’ve had my Clicgear cart for a while now, the brake is the thing I trust the most. I’ll be annoyed trying to park it on a slight hill, expecting it to roll off like other carts I’ve used, and then it just locks in right away. Instant relief. I play a lot of early mornings too, when the grass is wet and everything feels a little sketchy, but it still holds without slipping around. It’s such a small feature, but it genuinely makes walking the course feel way less frustrating.

I’ve been really happy with the storage on my Clicgear setup. It holds my balls, tees, water, phone, and extra gloves without feeling packed or awkward. Everything is easy to grab while I’m out there too. carrying a bunch of stuff in my pockets feels unnecessary now.

I was able to find the replacement parts I needed, so that was good, but a few of them were out of stock and I had to keep checking back. The site itself works fine, but the availability info could be a lot clearer. It was kind of annoying not knowing when something would actually be back or if I should just look somewhere else...

My brother even borrowed it a few times and commented on how sturdy it feels. It still folds up smoothly, nothing feels loose or cheap, and the wheels are holding up really well. I figured something would’ve broken or started rattling by now, but it just keeps going. I’m really happy with it...

I ordered this from clicgearusa.com and so far it’s been a good cart. It turns really easily and doesn’t feel clunky, even when I’m on narrower paths. Going uphill is mostly fine too, though if the grass is thick or wet it definitely takes a little extra effort to push. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed a couple times. My gut told me this would be simple, and it was. Took me about five minutes from start to finish with no hassle at all.
